Over the past 5 years we have had occasion to stay at The Lodge many times and it never disappoints. In a word, the Lodge is comfortable. Everything is easy from the parking to the check in to the nice breakfast. The rooms allow for storing food you might have brought with you in a nice size fridge with a decent freezer area. The beds are firm and very comfortable. If you are lucky you might get checked in by the owner who is a great guy and very accommodating. Again, the operative word is “comfortable”; for us, The Lodge checks all the boxes.

We stayed at The Lodge for a few nights as we were moving away from the area and were packing up our house. What a joy to come back every single night to fresh towels and our bed being made! You just don’t get that in hotels anymore but it meant everything to us in our total exhaustion. The whole place was so peaceful and quiet. The kitchenette’s were a huge plus as well!! The lobby and grounds were just stunning. I only wish I had more time to sit in front of the fireplace and the weather was better to enjoy the waterfall out back. Whenever I have to return to the Hendersonville area I will most definitely stay here again!
