The air conditioner in the room did not work well. It was set at a certain temperature but it never kicked on and got really hot in the room

We loved the Biltmore house tour and how the Biltmore Village Hotel was an excellent hotel everything we would give five stars to the restaurant was excellent. The wine tasting was fun truly loved our stay at the Biltmore.
