We were scheduled for a two night stay , had a late night with family. Was awaken around 5:30 to a barking dog couple doors down hall it continued nonstop the housekeeping was aware of what was going on but dog continued to bark finally at 1:00 we had enough we packed up and checked out. Front desk was aware of the problem. They gave me a business card with the gm number told me to call they would do something fir me. We have family in the are and always use Holiday Inn but after that experience not so sure about next time.

Our room smelled like dirty dog and when complained they could move us but could not guarantee that it wouldn’t smell like dog. I am an animal lover and own dogs myself but this was awful.
