We were scheduled for a two night stay , had a late night with family. Was awaken around 5:30 to a barking dog couple doors down hall it continued nonstop the housekeeping was aware of what was going on but dog continued to bark finally at 1:00 we had enough we packed up and checked out. Front desk was aware of the problem. They gave me a business card with the gm number told me to call they would do something fir me. We have family in the are and always use Holiday Inn but after that experience not so sure about next time.

Our room smelled like dirty dog and when complained they could move us but could not guarantee that it wouldn’t smell like dog. I am an animal lover and own dogs myself but this was awful.

We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were clean and spacious. We had a king suite. It was very convenient to have a refridgerator and microwave. They had a nice selection for breakfast. The staff was very helpful.

The only problem was the one light in bathroom didn't work,so bathroom was a little dark .

Room and front desk staff were fine, but breakfast was not. Few eggs, no breakfast meat, juice machine put out mostly water, tables were dirty, and no staff seemed to be paying attention.

All the staff was so awesome and so helpful every time they saw me they asked if there's anything they can do to help me it was really comforting for them to be so helpful because I'm kind of going through a difficult time right now so I appreciate their concern and they're willing to just always check on me make sure I was okay

Quick check in, friendly staff, we were instructed where we could park our truck and trailer where it would be monitored by the cameras. Quiet, very comfortable room!! Will be back next time we come to Rush, KY
