The property itself felt safe and clean. Unfortunately our linen was dirty with crusty spots and some doors had dark red stains on them that felt like it could be blood.

Sheets were stained. Multiple calls with front desk over two days and finally got moved to another room with a broken refrigerator. Breakfast was horrible with very little selection. They even ran out of juice and coffee cups. Three night stay and given a $60 voucher to return. Not very good customer service in my opinion.

The bed linen was soiled and I had to go to front desk because phone in room did not work. First to ask for new sheets and seconds to get the right size sheets. The pillow cases and sheets were dirty. The bed spread was stained also.

Dirty hotel
Room was extremely dirty. Floors hadn’t been mopped in months. Stains on walls. Iron board broke. NO COMFORTER, just two flat sheets on bed. No container for ice machine, no coffee cups, coffee or coffee maker. Air conditioner was so loud, sounded like it had loud bass to it. Overall it was very dirty and not worth $1,000 for ONE NIGHT during a Georgia home game. Never will be back there.

Hotel was comfortable and convenient. Business center was appallingly bad! The printer was out of ink, and out of 3 computer stations, only one worked. Obviously they don't care.

Nice rooms in the tower. Helpful lobby attendant. No maid or breakfast service on Nov 5. Maid service good otherwise. The worst free breakfast I have experienced. Good coffee but pretty much everything else was inedible.
