Nice place. There weee a few things that could use some attention. The door was difficult to open and you had to slam it shut and the AC was loud when it turned on and off. The breakfast was OK.

This was single handedly the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in. The floors in the entire room were dirty and looked like it had never been cleaned despite the overwhelming bleach smell. The bedding was covered in various stains throughout all the layers of covers and sheets and the shower/tub was disgusting and covered in stains and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Overall, a very disgusting room and I will never stay at a Best Western again. I would have checked out but basically no hotels in the area had availability due to a Conference in town and football game. It was so gross when I got home i panicked cleaning everything that I brought into that room as it would not have surprised me is there were bed bugs. Management and staff overall should be very ashamed of themselves for giving rooms to people in that state.

Book.com know personal touch .

Hotel.com twice in the last month has dropped the ball . This time i needed to make a simple change from friday to Saturday. Luckily the hotel helped me because i got out of Hotel.com . A month ago when I stayed in Ghost stores alabama.I use y'all and was billed twice by all and once by the hotel and I still haven't gotten that straightened out, so i'm not going to be using y'all anymore, I'll just pay extra to go directly through the hotel so I don't have to worry.About getting scammed thank you
