This was a cute hotel to stay at. We got in early after a bit before the official check in and they accommodated us by getting the room ready earlier. This was so appreciated as we needed a quick snap before exploring the city. The staff was so incredibly kind. We left early for our ferry and they prepared us to go boxes for our travels since we would be missing the breakfast. Speaking of which was actually great! The court yard was so charming. The hotel is located in a great area to access the classic tourist attractions. A 15 minute walk to areas like Psiri and Plaka and just a bit further to the Acropolis. We only took one route which was less than ideal in terms of safety but it was out of the way to get to the closet ATM. We otherwise mostly felt safe walking and the area was quiet enough for easy sleeping.

This was a lovely homey property on a quiet residential street in Athens. All the sites are walkable, and there is public transport nearby. I loved that it was in a "real" neighbourhood not overrun by tourists. I don't understand other reviews complaining about the neighbourhood - I thought it was lovely and always felt very safe. Great authentic dining nearby too.

This was the second last place that we booked for our lengthy trip. It was also the best. The room was great, better by far than the others that we booked, and the staff wonderful. We arrived on a Sunday when the neighborhood shops were all closed but the hotel made up for it.

Great one night stay at this property. It was quiet and conveniently walkable to train stations. We also walked to the pantheon (about 30 min one way). The only gripe was the wifi was not consistent at the end-rooms of the hall. Each hall has their own wifi. Regardless, the room was great and bed comfortable. Loads of amenities in the studio and they were able to get us a breakfast box since we left at 5:30AM. I would easily stay here again when in Athens.

10/10 stars! We highly recommend this property. The staff are outstanding providing exemplary customer service and go above and beyond and are very informative and helpful. The breakfast is wonderful! All home made. The room itself looks brand new: its super clean, spacious and very comfortable. The hotel is well located in walking distance to everything. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are thankful to have found this accommodation. Only minor feedback would be an improvement in the breakfast boxes for early flights. They were not substantial enough. Thank you.

A very nice and quiet boutique apt and hotel stay. The staff was so warm and accommodating from the onset. I came from the US as a solo traveler and the staff assisted me with private transportation to and from. While I was only there for 24 hours, staff was very helpful in providing directions to the local restaurants and shops. The complementary breakfast was very nice as well. The room, while small, served my needs well and was nicely appointed.

I really enjoyed my stay at Estia. It was in close proximity (10-15 mins) to different food options as well as the metro. The front staff were extremely helpful with helping us navigate around town using the metro. With an early departure the staff even prepared breakfast boxes to allow us to enjoy on our way out.

The hotel experience was impeccable from start to finish. The staff at the hotel were so pleasant and accommodating, I don’t think I have ever been treated so well. The rooms are just beautiful! Sometimes the pictures can be deceiving with online bookings but these rooms were even better than the photos. Everything was upgraded and highend. I felt safe and well cared for. We had to leave really early in the AM so the staff made us breakfast boxes. So impressed. Will recommend to anyone staying in Athens.

Fantastic boutique hotel in Athens
We love this hotel and stay here on all our visits. Close enough to all the sites that even on sweltering days, you can leisurely stroll to get there, but enough out of the center of the city that it's quiet at night. The neighborhood has definitely been gentrifying since we started going here and now there are many restaurants and bars to visit in the area. There is a full grocery store a 3 minute walk from the hotel. Staff is also very nice and efficient. No complaints.
