One bed was too soft the other was hard and made a crunching sound when you moved. The room had mosquitoes that were full of blood. Not sure why anyone would rate this hotel as good?

Adequate for overnight stay.

This was a quick overnight stay. The room was adequate. Some dust in the shelves for towel storage. No amenities: Coffee pot in the room or breakfast area (toaster to fix your own). Also it is interesting to note that most all but one of the restaurants in Avoca are closed on Sunday.

The check-in process was good. The room was basically clean, but there were bugs in the bathroom. The beds were very noisy with every turn and not very comfortable.

When we stayed here a few years ago, we felt it was very nice for a low-budget property. Now, the ownership has let the property fall into disrepair. One of the beds in our room squeaks with every move. Toilet roll holder one pull from falling off the wall. Breakfast option under repair, even though they have a sign in the lobby advertising breakfast. Why?
