The entire staff was friendly, responsive, and efficient. Our guest room was clean. The mattresses were very comfortable, and the bedding was soft, fluffy, and wonderfully cozy; we enjoyed the beds immensely. Our overnight hours were very, very quiet; this included very quiet hallways and a quiet heating/cooling unit in our guest room. In the morning, the included breakfast was tasty and enjoyable (there were only three choices, but they were good choices, so no complaints from us). The swimming pool was VERY clean, and the water was warm and inviting; my sons LOVED the pool. :-) We would absolutely stay here again !!

Booked a double beds and the bed I was in was horrible worn out, room was overall filthy. Shower had hair, beds had stains. Capet was old and left my feet looking dirty. Would have liked to try the breakfast but there was a convention there with a so many people you couldn’t even get in the door.

The room was dirty. The hallways stunk like feet and weed. People were in the stairwell eating. Staff was okay. Not the best Best Western. Not sure what the plus was for.

The from desk staff at this Best Western were friendly, polite and helpful. The facility was so bad I checked back out immediately. The room smelled so terrible it wasn’t possible to spend the night there. The receptionist offered me a different room, but that one smelled just as bad. I’ve never had a problem with a Best Western property before. I’ve found them to be clean, safe and comfortable. This room smelled so bad it wasn’t possible to spend the night in it.

Location was very convenient right off I95. Plenty of parking space for our large trailer. Staff was friendly. Grounds were lovely. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Pet friendly. No concerns about safety while out walking around the shopping area. Fresh cooked breakfast was a bonus on top as well as the friendly waitstaff. Would definitely stay here again.
