Our stay went well. The room/bathroom was nicely updated and the unit was perfect for our ski weekend. Parking was easy, check in was easy. It snowed a lot!! We didn’t make it to the pool or hotubs but we will likely come back.

Positives: Parking was easy and our room was clean. The indoor hot tubs are large and convenient. My kids liked the game room. Negatives: This place does not have an indoor pool as their website and the pictures proclaim. It was removed some time ago and they never updated their brochures. The outdoor pool is heated, but getting in and out is frigid in the wintertime. Also, this place is a maze of steps and ramps. There are some rooms on the first floor that are not accessible by ramp, so using the hand carts takes a furniture moving team. Overall, I wasnt disgusted or unsafe, but I will find somewhere else to stay next time i visit.

The price was relatively reasonable, convenient ski rental and storage is available in the lobby, and parking is easy, but I would not stay here again unless it was my last option. It's a very basic hotel with dated style, dim lighting throughout, and multiple flights of stairs required for room access despite elevators.

Well located. Rooms are very hot, no a/c. You have to open balcony, which leaves you vulnerable in order to have any cold air in the air. Even thou there is an elevator on the property, you will carry bags up and down the stairs. Very clean.

Good hotel to stay and relax with very good locati
Very good location and amenities : jacuzzis, play room, available games … Shuttle very convenient (first stop on the morning so you are sure to find a seat !) Everything was very good. The sofa bed was also comfortable for my kids. The apartment is a little small so you need to have a good organization. The only negative thing: no elevator where we stay so not easy with the ski and everything.

No manager or anyone with authority on site made it impossible to contact the property ahead of time to cancel our reservation and to let the hotel know that we had come down with an illness which we did not want to spread to the property. I loved the room with the balcony. It started to snow late at night and we enjoyed the view and the snowflakes all over us. Hottub, bar, nice people, free parking, cheaper than Vail.
