Park Plaza Soi 18....Great job.
I stayed at Patk Plaxa for the first time with my partner and we both found our stay to be excellent. All the staff were very friendly and more importantly, helpful in every way. Special shout out to the conceierge and Oui who was brilliant. They were all so helpful with booking trnasport to suggesting things to do while we were there. All of them were so friendly and helpful. They made our atay all the more enjoyable. The location was great too. Not too busy but had everything close by from massage parlours to shopping centres. Will definitely be staying there again. The reveptionists were great too and speedy with our check in. All round a great stay and my sincere thanks to you all. See you all soon. Kal and Aiza.

The hotel is location is great. It’s near terminal 21 shopping mall and easy access to BTS and MRT. Very clean, staff are polite and service is great. Antonio and Brian were very helpful. They spoke great English so it was easy to communicate. Will definitely be back again.

The room they put me in smells like mold and when i looked at two other rooms on the 4th floor, both rooms smells mold. Then they put me on the 3rd floor i had a much better experience. The hotel needs repairs, and updates, but it was not too bad.
