We have stayed at this hotel for 12 years when it was a Sheridan. It was much better then. Housekeeping is a bit below average. The restaurant only has 1 person who has to manage the bar, wait tables, serve food and clear tables. She did an excellent job but it took us a hour to get our food because she was so busy. This was both for dinner and breakfast. The restaurant used to be open for lunch but no more. Further, given what I have stated above, when this was a Sheridan, the room rate was half what it is now. We stayed in a 5-star B&B in Camden with a fanstastic breakfast and the rate/day was much less than this Best Western at the BGR airport. We were very disappointed.

Loved that we could get up at 4 a.m. and walk to our flight. Was worried that aircraft noise would disturb out sleep, but either the building is well insulated or there aren't any evening flights. Room was clean a comfortable; wish they would get rid of the carpet.
