Booked 3 nights stay, a terrible 3 nights! The room smelled cigarettes when a non-smoking room was booked. The bathtub did not drain and the staff was rude enough to say "why is that a problem?". Such a disrespectful staff. The heater did not function and the air conditioning right next to bed blows air directly on face.

The room we stayed in (annex) was very clean and appeared to have gone thru a renovation. What I was concerned about was the envelope given with the key-it's first instruction was to make sure you used the lock and to report any suspicious activity. Made me wonder what happened to invoke that type of statement! No lock on side doors.

We liked it here. The rooms are a bit dated, but kept clean. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast options are great. It is a bit noisy, but not too bad during the night.

A cheaper stay than going into Bar Harbor. Breakfast had lots of grab and go goodies and staff was very nice. The place was old and just felt cheap and the area felt questionable. But everything with the car was fine and we had no problems.

Slider to the parking lot for easy load/unload
This cute little place was just outside Bar Harbor, and an excellent choice for a place to stay that was less expensive. The gentleman checking me in was kind and quick... The room was fine. It served it's purpose. If I had to say anything at all that gave me pause, was that the room had a sliding glass door that led straight to the parking lot (and no screen or double lock). It was super convenient to load and unload the car, but I don't know that I would have felt safe leaving my stuff in the room for any time that I wasn't there. The decor was a little dated, but still clean. I'd stay here again.

Parking was just outside the room. They had washers and dryers. The washers were good but the dryers didn't dry the clothes. Breakfast was simple but good.
