Convenient to town, room clean but dated. Front balcony looked out over a field of weeds. Pillows were bad, mattress ok. Bed spread was polyester which I do not like. It was quiet.

Wanted to be close to Bar Harbour but not in town to catch Lulu's lobster boat ride in the morning, so good for that. I wouldn't consider this property walkable to town if that is what you are looking for. Our room was in part of a house on the property which was surprising, but okay. It was the least favorite property we stayed in during our seven nights. Nothing objectional but nothing to make it stand out either. Coffee provided in room was not the best.

This property is conveniently located to the ferry terminal, entrance to Acadia National Park and the Bar Harbor waterfront. This property has 3 rows of motel rooms. The front row looks very nice, which is what you see from the main road, as does the 3rd row which sits high on a hill behind the front and 2nd row. Unfortunately, the room given us was in the 2nd row which overlooks the back of the front row of rooms and also a service road. It had a strange setup

Perfect Motel to stay and visit Acadia and the surrounding area. The room was very comfortable, clean and the staff was very friendly.

Bed very comfortable. Convenient to walk to bar harbor. Fridge was nice to have. The room a little humid, but did our best to adjust the thermostat. Otherwise, great place to stay for our trip!

This was a nice 1960's motel which was clean & neat, Just what we were looking for. Excellent location to the park and Bar-Harbor. A spacious room. We would stay there again.

My fiancée and I recently stayed at the Edenbrook Motel and we were so impressed with our experience. The motel is no frills, but it was exactly what we needed for a weekend getaway. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. One of the best things about the Edenbrook Motel is its location. It is conveniently situated near many local events and attractions, including Cadillac Mountain, which was absolutely breathtaking. We were able to easily explore the area and take in all that it had to offer thanks to the motel's ideal location. Overall, we had a fantastic stay at the Edenbrook Motel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a simple, budget-friendly option with a great location. We will definitely be returning in the future!

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was very friendly & nice. One thing, we could hear the people next door to us. The voices were muffled but we could hear.
