Great hotel option away from the busy Bar Harbor area. Great location by the Northeast Harbor harbor. Easy access to Acadia. Great little breakfast and lunch restaurant in the downtown area up the street.

This place has all we need!

We make this trip every year, towing our 18’ boat, and purposely stay at this place for its amenities and location. This year we were able to keep our double length parking spot(s) reserved with cones that management allowed us to borrow. Very convenient location for boaters. The attached restaurant is also very good, but we wished they served a full breakfast instead of grab-n-go sandwiches.

Sadly extremely overpriced due to the proximity to Bar Harbor. Being able to price gauge to $250 a night while providing a $45 per night room should be illegal. I was able to hear my next door neighbor snore ALL NIGHT LONG, there is no soundproofing whatsoever! It sounds like your neighbors are IN the room with you. Having 2 people sleep in a full bed, not even a queen should also be illegal. This was such a ripoff!

Great place to stay

The Hotel is in a nice area of Northeast Harbor. Our room had a view of the harbor which was nice. The room was not anything fancy but it was clean which is more important to us. There is also a restaurant right beside the hotel which was convenient.

The hotel was very clean, conveniently located and the staff was wonderful. The onsite restaurant was delicious. My only issue with the stay was that we could hear the people in the room above us walking around.

Waking up every morning and looking out at the marina and rolling hills makes you appreciate all that life has to offer. Kimball terrace with its friendly staff and cozy atmosphere emphasizes that beauty I saw ever morning while vacationing in Maine would definitely come back here again.

Out of the way, peaceful and quiet, staff friendly and helpful. Only problem was scented room freshener/deodorizer which smelled chemically and artificial. Located in Norteast Harbor about 20 min from Acadia and Bar Harbor

There was a problem with the billing when I added a third night. The gentleman managing the office went out of his way to handle it and even emailed me to let me know it had been resolved!

Good value. The hotel is about a 20 minute ride to Bar Harbor. There is a shuttle bus that can get you there, but if you stay later than 6 or 7:00 PM, you'll need to take a taxi to get back. Restaurant and bar next to the hotel is good. There is a small downtown Northeast Harbor within walking distance to the hotel.

The staff was kind and courteous and the location of the property was great. However, the walls are paper thin and I could hear guests on both sides of the room. Not sure I’d recommend the stay unless you can sleep through exterior sounds.
