The layout makes this house easy to move around with only one floor to include two spacious bedrooms each with a queen size bed, and one spacious bathroom. The house has a large 50 inch flat screen television with full cable and Roku packages, and the wifi maintains a strong signal. For cool nights a beautiful gas log fireplace warms the house. Ledge is only suited for adults with children aged 16 or older.

Tidal Ledge sits next to a nature preserve that highlights some of the most exceptional viewings of Maine wildlife. It is not unusual to frequently see bald eagles, harbor seals and a wide cross section of bird species flying about, all seen from the privacy of the back lawn. At night, sit by the Oceanside fire pit taking in views of the Milky Way. Take a stroll in the morning down to the shoreline with a cup of coffee, and in July and August pick wild blueberries on property for your breakfast pancakes.
If your looking for a nice dinner out, look no further than the 4 star restaurants available in the area. Chippers, Ironbound, and Crocker House Country Inn are all within a short drive away. Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park are a 20 minute drive, and for shopping essentials Ellsworth is the largest town in Hancock county and is a 15 minute drive away. Hancock Point is located a short distance away. Visit Hancock’s 130 year old library, and take a stroll around the point enjoying views across Frenchman’s Bay to Bar Harbor.
