El baño de la habitación no tenía jabón en el dispensador. El dispensador estaba bastante sucio, igual algunas areas del baño con cabellos. No tenía shampoo ni acondicionador tampoco. No habían botellitas de agua disponibles en la habitación.

I was very happy when I arrive Pablo was very nice and understanding that we were senior people arriving at a new place. Then Carlos and the ladies also very nice but I dont remember the names, something that we really like was your shower unlike the one in Madid with a bathtub and half a glass door no mat dangerous to fall.

This hotel is in a fantastic location. The room was great just to sleep in nothing fancy but does the job. We booked a king bed but got 2 singles pushed together. Breakfast was expensive and not nice I’d recommend walking round the corner to one of the bakeries.

If you are planning to visit Sagrada Família this is a great spot. Also, the metro stop is close and it will take you anywhere. There is also good places to eat. We stayed two nights and it was perfect for what we were doing as a family.

Nice little and clean place. Does the job when you just want to sleep after along day of sight seeing. Not the most buzzing neighbourhood of Barcelona. It is a quiet area and very convenient for visiting la Sagrada.

It's a standard hotel room in Europe - 2 single beds together. It's an older hotel - but being kept well. They could not accommodate our request for a a double or queen bed when we checked in. It has a great terrace on the roof for views - they could let people know about this - has chairs & tables & a good view of the city. It was in a good location - walkable to the Bascillica, subway, on-off bus, stores, restaurants, etc.

The people at the front desk were very helpful and able to answer any questions I had. I liked that the rooms were equipped with a small refrigerator and hot water pot for making coffee/tea. The hotel is an easy 4 blocks from Sagrada Familia. There is a Metro station there too.
