Are room had cockroaches and the sink wouldn’t drain properly. We checked in are room stayed for a hour, when for lunch and stay out till after midnight. Came back to get ready for some sleep and noticed cockroaches in are room. So we checked out immediately after seeing them running across the tv stand.

It was horrible

There was construction going on in the room next to ours but they only worked at night. Housekeepers kept trying to come in the room even after I declined housekeeping services. Tub wouldn’t drain, toilet ran every 15 minutes. The one and only chair in the room was so nasty you couldn’t sit in it. Nowhere to sit and relax on the outside.

This was the worst experience ever. Initial check in-267 wasn't ready. Attending a sport event return @10ish expecting that room. Instead given 106. A trail of construction debris lead us to our room. The entire counter/sink full of burn marks. I requested a non smoking room.The tub had scum. The T.V. not working -Desk assistant. 2nd trip no trash can. 3rd trip no towels then loud banging against the opposite wall throughout the night. Your continental breakfast consist of waffle mix and muffins with watery apple/orange juice. I should have been paid to stay at this location. Remove this location from your list. Disappointed customer. B

Worst trip ever

I booked my room a month ahead of stay and requested a downstairs room as I can’t climb stairs. I was given an upstairs room and told they had overbooked. The smell of marijuana in the hotel was unreal! I have been coming to this hotel almost every weekend for 6 months and I will not stay again!

Once a year when I make my annual trip to Batesville I always stay at this Super 8 because it's consistently comfortable and clean.

Room smelled of urine and mold. Had flies and roaches. No smoke detector and bathroom exhaust fan didn't work. Carpet and cbair soiled and dirty. My son had what appeared to be bed bug bites on his legs. Hole in carpet and wall. Chain on door lock missing. We came in last minute for a ball tournament and town was booked up or would have left. Cancelled reservations for next night and found other accommodations. Place is absolutely unacceptable needs health inspection. We want our money back. Do not stay there. Have pictures.

Staff was SUPER accomodating but property is dated. No elevator, so needed 1st floor room, no phone in room, TV and lights did'nt work but staff brought a TV right in for me. Door does not open properly and there is no chain lock on door. Not worried about anyone coming in because you have to do a push/shove to open the door and I will definitely hear someone coming in. Room was clean but covers were not straight, which looked lived in. Commode is not stable or it rocks so you pray you don't fall off. Other than that, it was nice enough!
