The exterior of the building could use some cosmetic improvements and the parking lot and some type of stains in multiple spots. Nothing i would deem a major issue

No smoking facility but our room smelled of smoke so bad i had to buy deodorizers and air fresheners

Hope to never go back

The hotel is old and not kept up very well the windows look like they haven't been cleaned in a decade, mattress was terrible and same with pillows no choice of hard or soft. just not a clean hotel.

Our stay was great! The bed was comfortable and room was clean. Good breakfast in the morning. The only thing that was a chore was the one elevator in the building.

When you arrive at the property, you can easily drive passed it. The signage is not lit; the outside of the hotel is run down and we thought it was closed. There were hardly any cars in the lot; but we walked in and sure enough it was open. There was no apology about the run down state of the hotel, but we decided to check the room out before we decided to look elsewhere for a place to stay. (PS: the pictures online are not the same in person). The lobby seemed old, stuffy and desolate, and our floor smelled a little funny.The only thing that caused us to stay was our room looked and smelled cleaned, but we won't be back.

Our comforter was stained, the bathtub was not clean, they ran out of food both days at the breakfast, one of two waffle makers, the toaster and the juice dispenser were out of order with no alternative offered. They allowed guests to smoke cigarettes and Marijuana right outside the front lobby so the lobby smelled. The property is just generally run down. The only positives were the staff was trying to be helpful, the bed was good and the air conditioning worked well.

Seemed like a decent value for the cost. You could tell it has been around a while, but they kept it fairly clean. I would not have any issue with staying there again.
