Two Pools advertised, NONE exist, HOUSEKEEPING “only when demanded the night before, “Breakfast” powdered eggs, stale biscuits. Refrigerator DRIPPING water, AIR CONDITIONER VERY NOISY.

This place needs an overhaul

Many of the poor reviews are very accurate. This facility needs a lot of work. In my opinion they definitely skimp on a lot to save a buck I was also very irritated that the hotel called and texted me at least 3-4 days prior to my reservation trying to get me to cancel and book directly through them, and also to confirm I was not a local resident. The second night of my stay I received a knock on my door from the owner saying I needed to check out the next morning, when in fact my reservation information was readily available to their front desk staff and he had wrong information. This was very unprofessional in my opinion. The indoor pool area is not usable. They had the AC shut off (or perhaps it wasn't working, I don't know)..either way, it was not worth what we paid, and with the bare amenities available, it was overpriced even for a 2 star facility. It is not a quality Quality Inn.

Arrived to check in receptionist was very pleasant very helpful manager was not pleasant was not helpful was very rude room was not ready in order to enjoy it had to switch rooms the room that I was in the door but not properly open or locked the refrigerator did not work the pool area was very hot in the exercise room the treadmill did not work I would not advise anyone to stay there unless they change the management that is over it

Ok.. beware of fees

Stayed one night and it was comfortable. Check in process was smooth. Reception was informed that I had a pet to be charged their $15 fee as stated in their policy upon check in. As we're getting ready to check-out, reception sees my wife with the dog and states he was never informed and wanted to charge $150. That fee or other fees were not mentioned in their listing on the website. I refused to pay that fee as it was insane. Please beware.

The best part of the Quality Inn would be the staff. Friendly, courteous and very welcoming. The rooms were clean, but could use a refresh. I would stay again and would recommend.

The hotel need a lot of upkeep. The handle was damaged and we had trouble going into and out of the room. The staff were very nice and willing to work with us on a few things. They have and indoor and an outdoor pool. The kids loved that. The rooms are outdated.

This is a modest property with a very convenient location. One staff member was so sweet and helpful. The room could use a change of wall color (avocado - pretty ugly) Generally we were satisfied with our stay. Kami

I really loved my stay there. Staff was wonderful very helpful very nice . Breakfast was a good just hope they have had more hot meals . It was very quiet place not to noisy.

I travel quite a bit and this hotel was just okay. It is a place to lay your head. Matresses were hard ad a rock. The staff at the front desk were not pleasant or welcoming during check in. The facility seems run down and dated.

Cockroaches

During check in a couple came to request a refund (which was permitted). Asked why they were getting a refund and was told in front of desk clerk it was due to cockroaches and bed bugs. I booked a different hotel immediately and waiting on refund as the desk attendee told me i booked through a third party so that was "my problem"
