Only one young man in the front desk was helpful assisting our issues created by Expedia, the rest of the staff wouldn’t clean our rooms or they would just half clean.

nunca he usado EXPEDIA para una reservación, y espero no volver a utilizar, ademas de que el hotel fue Malo, entre EXPEDIA y RED ROOF me robaron 377 USD, porque reservé 2 habitaciones y quise cancelar una de ellas, no lo pude hacer en el tiempo requerido, lo hice cuando llegué al hotel el asistente SALVADOR dijo que me ayudaba, me puso en contacto con un reperesentante de Expedia y me quedé con una sola habitacion esperando el reembolso, he hablado con OCTAVIO HERNANDEZ representante de Expedia y el habló con su jefe, me cobraron una penalidad de 100 USD por cancelacion tardía pero aun no me llega el reembolso, osea pagué por un hotel por 3 dias pla penalidad y NO ME HACEN EL REEMBOLSO. Si pudiera ponerle una calificacion mas baja lo haría.

The person working behind the desk was so friendly. He got us in very quick. He and my husband had a good long chat. Over all, the room was nice and the experience was good. We would stay there again

I was pleasantly surprised at the condition of the room. It appeared to have been recently remodeled and was nice and clean. The Pool was a saltwater pool and was very refreshing. The staff was all very friendly.

Carpet was dirty, breakfast hardly any, good place to stay one night and continue your trip. The room was clean but the entire place needs a lot of renovations. For the price is good for a night.

Very nice. Equally as good as hampon inn across the street for 100 less. Great renovation modern and fresh. Great bed. Pool area was nice too. One drawback. Frampton rd needs repaved. It was a disaster with potholes. Not good when pulling a uhaul. I will stay again.

cheap stay

Hotel lobby and hallway smelled, hall carpets need to be cleaned- breakfast cereal was stale, waffles were good but that is the only items available- ironing board was gross- room was redone- beds were clean- heat/air was so loud we couldn’t hear each other talking- no towel racks- outside needs a serious over haul.. night desk man was very nice and helpful.
