First excellent service was their own transport from Airport. We was met by staff and took through airport with showing us where to go and what to do. Hotel was perfect. Right near food, shops, subway, restaurants and Walmart. The hotel concierge helped with all our tours, from The Great Wall, Summer Palace and great for helping on any questions. Spoke perfect English. Breakfast had everything to offer. Rooms was cleaned twice a day. The only issue we had was to use the lovely pool you had to wear a swimming cap. Would definitely recommend this stunning hotel. The Italian restaurant was lovely as we ate there twice. Thank you JW MARRIOTT for making our stay just perfect 😍

The carpet in the room was dirty with stains, not consistent with the brand name or the 5-star rating. Did not perform room cleaning service the day before our departure despite hanging the “please clean the room” sign on the doorknob.

The concierge service is what made this hotel stay great. Other than that, everything was just an average run-of-the-mill hotel room. Breakfast quality was not great - more expansive than American hotels, obviously, but worse breakfast we had in w weeks traveling in Tokyo, Hong Kong and Guangzhou.

staff are friendly and nice, breakfast is always good in abundance, and service is super. top roof swimming pool is a nice place for morning exercise. room is all time clean and tidy with good re-supply. but the air conditioning sometimes did not work well. we will return.
