Quick check in, friendly desk person. Came to my room to help me figure out the TV...someone had messed up the settings and she knew just what to do to fix it. Good snacks and drinks in morning in lobby.

The service and inflexibility was extremely disappointing from the beginning. We tried to check in 30 minutes early and were told that they don’t allow anyone to check in early at all. I mean, come on. Not hours early but half an hour. How petty can you be? I was willing to pay extra for it so it’s not like I was expecting anything for free, and I have a hard time believing that not one room was ready just 30 minutes before check-in time. We were going to a wedding and just wanted to dump our bags, but they don’t do luggage storage either. Btw despite what it says on the website, check-in actually ends at 10 pm, not midnight. The property is just a dingy motel, nothing to write home about, and definitely not worth anywhere near $200+ a night. The beds were comfortable enough and the shower worked, so it did have the bare minimum. It was very noisy, with thin walls and the loud footsteps of people above. It was impossible to sleep because it became super noisy early in the morning and didn’t stop. The room wasn’t filthy but not very clean. There was a thick layer of dust and gunk all around the bed frame and the floor at the top of the bed, with several hair ties and other lost personal belongings they never bothered to remove. There was a microwave and refrigerator, so that was convenient. Otherwise the place was just a low quality dingy roadside motel.

Budget friendly gem! The beds, pillows, and towels are top notch. Plenty of space and the dog friendly walk out from the room is the perfect setup. Will go back, many times.

The location is very convenient within walking distance of downtown shops and restaurants. It's also close to the main access road yet quiet. The front desk staff were delightful and polite. The carpet had large stain marks but everything else was clean. It was hard to regulate the AC but overall I could find comfortable adjustments by making multiple changes.

We did not expect to see a facility that was as pitiful looking as this. The lady who contacted me to see where we were was very nice but I could not have my family stay there so I had to find another place to stay.

My experience was very poor. Old AC units just sitting around, carpet was insanely dirty, and the bed felt very uncomfortable as well. Overall was very dirty. Also they charged my card for someone else’s stay and then had to charge my card for my actual stay. So now I’m in the process of hopefully getting a refund for the double charge.
