would not recommend or stay again.
The lady at front desk was rude. Seemed like she hated her job. The hot tub in our room was missing covers to the intake jet and the air return vent was very dirty. floor in the bathroom was cracked and spider webs in the corners of the ceiling wasn't cleaned. also, the breakfast went from 6a-9a and was only restoked once and barely if that. a customer asked the front desk about refilling it and she refused.

Could hear people fighting in next room.. doors banging and walls seem very thin.. felt unsafe with outside doors not locked especially at night considering surrounding area.. low rate motels and the wooded area.. the outside lights were not on til second night we were there

This was my first stay at a Baymont. The outdated room we stayed in was very old and small. They didn’t provide enough high gene soap. The building had a weird smell. Unfortunately I won’t be staying there again or any other baymont.

We were not told at the time of booking or when we checked in that the elevator was broken. We were given a room on the3rd floor. When we brought our bags in we saw the out of order sign on the elevator door. We had to go up 3 flights of stairs. We are two 75 year old women. We made it but struggled a bit. We will have a funny story to tell friends. Probably not the best PR for the hotel. Other than the elevator, the staff were friendly, breakfast was goid, and our room was clean and well appointed.

I gave this property a chance based on reviews saying it's not as bad as people said. Guess what...it is that bad. The staff was accomodating i will give them that. The pool and hotctub area, very nice. The hotel itself? Rundown and in dire need of cleaning and repair. My room had the stench of being old and not cleaned thoroughly in a long while. There were coffe stains aling the walls and the furniture was obviously very old. The bathroom was falling apart. The shower floor sunk when you stepped on it and there was even a long crack on the floor of the insert. The tile around the bathroom was cracked and missing grout. The sink did not drain and toilet took forever to flush. It was only for two nights or else i would have left. First and last time at this hotel.

The bathroom in our room was in poor condition. Broken floor tile, leaky sink, shower drain not installed properly. Bathroom had a terrible odor. Room itself was OK, not the cleanest we've stayed in, but the linens were clean. Lots of stains on the carpet and chair. Just not a very good experience at this property.

The rooms were not very clean. The beds were uncomfortable. Staff was very helpful and friendly!! We usually stay when we visit that area but this time was different must have new cleaning staff!!

It was so dirty. Hair in shower and sink. Hair dryer didnt work and was caked with dust. Curtains moldy and hung over vent so u jad to fold them under on ledge so they didnt cover air vent. I thought Baymont name it woild be great as i stayed. Before and was so s we awesome. Staff not friendly at all either and we was there 3 nights. I woshed i could have switched hotels without losing my money. The beds were most uncomfortable ever.
