Everything felt dirty and breakfast was not great. Front desk has security glass or something so your talking through a hole, weird for a nice area.

We stay every year but this year the t.v kept going in and out the room smelled funny and just was not that clean

The facility itself is very outdated. The room was so disgusting. The bathroom had no been cleaned. There was still hair in the shower. The carpet was dusty, gross, and had visible debris on it from previous customers. The walls were covered in dirt and grime. There was no line on the phone to call the front desk. I could NOT believe we paid $160/night for this room!

Dirty place, I had lots of foot prints on the wall by the bed. Fire alarm was hanging off the wall. Shower and toilet leaked all over the floor.

We enjoyed our week long stay! Staff was super friendly and helpful! They have a continental breakfast,indoor pool and hot tub! Air conditioner wasn’t great but that wasn’t a huge issue! Hotel is in a convenient area with several restaurants/ coffee places near & many are within walking distance! Rooms could use some updating, but honestly it didn’t bother us. Hotel was quiet so we were able to get a good nights rest. It’s about 15 min from St Joseph,MI! Overall we had a great stay and would definitely stay again. Not bad for the price.
