I hate leaving bad reviews but this hotel theres trash all around out side got in and there system's was down so they were writing down check ins the lady asked to see the confirmation number and gave us the wrong room went back and she corrected the mistake and put us in the king suit we had reserved got to the third floor elevator sounds a little sketchy but curtains and drapes have mold we decided at this point to just go with it last night we had to kill roaches in the bathroom oh and fyi because they say they have a pool theirs is closed until further notice

The property had a bad smell. The first room someone had obviously smoked in. Second room didn’t smell but had ants all over the window and AC unit. The sheets were clean and the AC worked but that’s it.

Just because room and bed was clean was ok with staying here. Good for a short overnight stay. The pool was not in service. The facility doesn’t look very clean and needs a lot of attention. Elevator had a bad smell. No darkening shade in room and curtains falling apart.

The bathroom had mold and mildew on the ceiling above the bathtub and not just a little bit. The staff in the area of the lobby and breakfast room was very excellent this woman that was taking care of the breakfast area was steadfastly cleaning everything! If she was taking care of the rooms they would be wonderful but they were not.

Below average. The hotel pool was close it was not mentioned before reservation found out at check in. Limited choices for breakfast. Phones not working. Beds very uncomfortable, Limited staff. When ask for bedding I was told to come get it myself. The 1st room key did not work. Thank God I only spend one night.

One of the better budget properties I’ve stayed in in the Benton Harbor St. Joe area. Swimming pool was closed when we were there but there were signs posted before check-in and when we asked, they sent us to one of their sister hotels to swim. Definitely will look to return.

Stuff was nice but hotel is dirty, damaged, smelly, no info on website that pool was closed. I didn't feel comfortable there. Around 3:30 am there was a lot of people screeming outside on parking lot, my kids woke up and couldn't sleep. I wouldn't Recommended it.

Our first room had a lot of mold on the walls in the bathroom. They moved us to 2 attached rooms. I noticed the following morning that the curtains appeared to have mold all over them as well!
