Nice hotel/casino, but average room at premium price. Bathroom is nice but does not function well (poor design). No exhaust fan in bathroom (toilet and shower) which gets steamy, no lock on bathroom door, which is a sliding frosted glass door. Vanity/sink is in separate alcove, also no door. Good for one person, not good for two or more. Room was clean, beds comfortable. The restaurants overpriced, also the venue needs a true breakfast restaurant. The restaurant we had dinner at was a disappointment. The hostess unpleasant but waiter was good, Thee med rare burger was a sad frozen burger patty cooked until dried up and unappetizing. Go offsite (town) to eat.

The check in person saw that we were both disabled & provided us a room that was almost the furthest away from the check in & casino, #9151. This was inconvenient for both of us. That was our only disappointment. Granted we should of said something but not knowing where the room was it would have been inconvenient to take our luggage back down to the front desk!

Although it is basically a casi o, it offers great concerts and wonderful dining options. The rooms are very well appointed as well. Always a wonderful time at 4 Winds Casino and resort!!

The only disappointment was that they did not accomadate me and friends to be closer room or a connection room which I called as soon as reservation was made they recorded but never happened even though I called twice plus on the day if assessment. I left my apple phone charger plugged and a pair of eating by accident went back the same afternoon I was told to call back the next day only to be told nothing was turned in. Very disappointed about that I guess the cleaning crew are not to be trusted.

It’s for old people only, food sucks, property sucks, very old, air conditioning is not working, they put it on 76 and it can’t go below 76, parking is inconvenient. Overall not a good choice by me

We had a whole vacation planned, not knowing their is nothing to do besides gamble unless you want to drive 30-45minutes away. Restaurants were ridiculously priced. Paid $14.00 for a ham and cheese sandwich! Will not be going back.

Beautiful property. Close to local restaurants, wine tasting and the beach. I wish the buffet was open when we were there but otherwise we had a fun time at the casino and the room was nice.

Food options were very limited and too expensive at the hotel/casino. $20 is too much for a cold sandwich, small bag of chips, and bottled water. Temperature was very difficult to control in the room. No daily housekeeping. When I was checking out, I overheard one of the housekeepers complaining my luggage wasn't out of the room. I had just checked out at the front desk and was on my way to room to get my luggage when I overheard the "complaint". It is very unlikely I will ever stay here again.
