Vielen Dank für die Bewertung. Man könnte jetzt sagen: wir haben einfach nichtzusammen gepasst... Aber diese Bewertung ist falsch und ungerecht, daher gehe ich jetzt auf die einzelnen Punkte ein. Zuerstmal haben die Gäste nicht bei uns übernachtet. Sie haben sich nicht die Zimmer angesehen sondern von ersten Moment an nur gemeckert. Die Baustelle betrifft ausschließlich Räume, die nicht zum Hotel gehören und den Innehof, der durch einen Bauzaun geschützt ist. Worauf wir auch hinweisen im Expedia Portal. Der Lärm ist nicht erheblich und auch nur zu Zeiten, die die Gäste nicht stören, an Wochenenden gibt es gar keinen Lärm, da die Bauarbeiter dann frei haben. Es ist hier leiser als im Rest der Stadt Berlin. Der Zugang für Gehbehinderte ist seit heute möglich, da wir in den letzten Monaten einen Aufzug eingebaut haben, dafür haben wir die Baustelle und einiges anderes in Kauf genommen. Eine steile Holztreppe haben wir nicht.
