It’s all about the updates at this fifth-floor condo in the Sea Colony resort community! Enjoy a larger point end unit with larger bedrooms and living area, two oceanfront bedrooms, and a private hallway to the entrance.
Inside, you will find a pristine living space, with custom-designed couches and pillows for the 2024 season, as well as updated decorative accessories. The living room has been repainted with a charming new color scheme and offers the perfect space to unwind. The kitchen gleams with stainless steel appliances added in 2022, and a new Kohler kitchen faucet. The new 2023 coffee center is capable of Keurig style, iced, and hot beverages with a carafe and individual cups dispensing from a water filtration system. Elsewhere in this spacious condo, you’ll find a new, high-tech, full-sized washer and dryer, and a new king-sized bed in the main bedroom. All mattresses and box springs for all bedrooms were replaced in 2023. The primary bathroom features a deep Kohler cast-iron seeping bathtub, and the hall bathroom was updated with modern glass shower doors in 2023. For added comfort and convenience, a new furnace and AC were added in 2021.
More perks include four flatscreen HD TVs (including a new 50-inch Smart TV with Wifi-enabled Blu-ray player in the living room, 32-inch TV with WiFi-enabled Blu-ray player in the main bedroom, a 29-inch TV in the second bedroom, and a 24-inch TV in the third bedroom). There is also free cable.
Onsite amenities at Sea Colony are plentiful, and include a half-mile of private beach, 12 pools (two indoor), a sauna, hot tub, world-class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, community shuttle, and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world.
**Sea Colony will have ongoing construction from September through May. There will be construction noise that may be heard in the surrounding homes. Please be aware that this may be loud at times.

Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per-person resort fee for guests ages four and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory.
