Don't trust this hotel
The hotel told me that I could change the date of my booking. When I turned up they claimed to have no knowledge of the change and I was forced to pay again. They then declined to resolve the issue after. Really awful service, the person at the desk couldn't have cared less or done anything less to help me.

We needed a hotel to catch an early morning flight and it did the job. Staff was very friendly, rooms were spacious and needed everything you may need for a good night sleep. The free airport shuttle was certainly a plus.

Stayed here for one night before an early flight out of the airport. The shuttle to and from the airport was very convenient, and I appreciated that despite my shuttle leaving at the same time as breakfast started, breakfast was already set up so I was able to have some coffee before leaving! The drainage in my bathroom was poor so the floor stayed very wet after showering and the holder for the handheld shower head was broken which was slightly annoying.

Not Recommended - Book in Bilbao Instead
This hotel is difficult to reach despite being close to the airport. Bilbao city is only a 16-minute drive from the airport, so it’s better to book there and enjoy what the city has to offer. The hotel is located next to a highway, so you’ll hear the noise from the traffic. The soundproofing is poor, meaning you can hear your upstairs neighbor, the room next door, and even music from the hallway. There are no interesting facilities at the hotel, and nothing exciting in the surrounding area.

Great issues with cleanliness in breakfast area
The breakfast area was dirty indeed. To make it worse, when you asked the staff to clean the table so we could use it, he cleaned it partially and throwing leftovers to the floor and never picked it up. We experienced the same problem the two days we stayed. This greatly penalizes all the other good things from the hotel, up to the point that I don't recommend staying at this place
