Friendly staff. Photos of main entry were clearly altered and didn’t reflect reality. Sad and gross free breakfast. Bathroom was filthy - half used shampoos, mold, cracked and peeling walls, baseboards. Bathroom floor was disgusting. Bathtub drain was clogged. Only redemption was the bedding was clean.

Hotel room was in disrepair, no wifi at all, checkin took an hour because they’d thrown a member of housekeeping staff behind the front desk without a trainer after last person walked out. Worth half the price we paid

My flight into Billings arrived late, so my husband booked a place for me to sleep. This wasn’t the only place available or the cheapest. Every area of this facility was run down, uncared for and Dirty. The bed sheets seemed clean, so I did my best to sleep. I didn’t feel comfortable taking a shower or walking across the floor with bare feet.

I was transferred from one room that was already to another room that was dirty. TV controllers were damaged. Even the toilet was not perfect for the clue. The breakfast area had trash on the floor. No smoking? The staff will not doing work standing right outside the front door smoking

Overall, this is an aging property that is operable and kept functional and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. If the local hotel market would support it, it could stand to be refreshed throughout.

The room which was on ground level was left completely open. When we asked if they had any other room they said they didn't. Very old building but I guess we get what we pay for.

GROSS HOTEL, you are warned!

Was coming to Billings to participate in a week long Dinosaur dig. I needed to stay a day before due to inconvenient flight schedules. Arrived at airport @ 11:15 pm and called for advertised free 24 hour pick up from Rodeway Inn. It was only a 4 minute drive. Called 10 times with no answer. Desk attendant took phone off hook. He was the only one staff person present. Had to get Uber, they had fantastic service. Checked into room, no lights functioning except for one by table. This was the most disgusting & disturbing hotel! Filthy rugs, cracked sink, filthy air handler, mold around tub, gabs between floor boards that you can trip on. Asked for smoke free room, didn’t matter due to smokers on both sides of my room. I am just glad there were no bedbugs! Don’t understand why the city of Billings doesn’t condemn this hotel! Very GROSS PLACE!

Horribly Disappointed

Our stay was horrible we walked into the room and there were crumbs on the ground, no hand soap in the bathroom a used bar of soap in the shower and there was absolutely no hot water for a shower at 6:00am! While I know this is an efficiency hotel, I would have at least expected it to be properly cleaned and prepared for their guests.
