We enjoyed our two night stay and with the exception of one small item everything met our expectations. The one item that caught us off guard was the charge for the airport shuttle. This is the first time I have seen a separate charge for this service for a relatively short trip to and from the airport. That aside we look forward to our next visit.

False advertising and a disappointing stay. The hotel claims to be near the airport, but it's a dangerous walk along a busy road with no sidewalk. When I called for help, they suggested a cab, which cost an absurd £36 for a 4-minute ride! The hotel itself was not very clean, and they charge an additional £4 for a shuttle that should be included. It's definitely not worth it—save yourself the hassle and stay at the actual airport hotel.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, safe; this is what you want from an airport hotel and this is exactly what you get from the Holiday Inn. The sheets and towels were immaculate. It was perfect. Our only negative was that the shuttle bus to the airport was not included.
