The hotel was nice, clean, and convenient to see the Christmas lights in the Texas hill country - especially Johnson City as its only 15 min away. However, the hotel was short staffed on maids and although the room was clean they left a sponge on the counter and the water slightly running in the bathtub and we had an amazing view out our window but the windows were filthy. The bed linens were nice, the bed was a little firm for my liking, breakfast was good and staff was friendly. I would stay there again for a night or two due to price and convenience.

Cute hotel, staff was so friendly and accommodating after finding a bed bug on the head board. I love how polite and friendly the manager was and handled the situation well. Gave us a new room right away and made sure we were comfortable.

The air conditioner in our room did not work. Luckily it was not too hot outside but it was still warm in our room. The stay would have been a lot more pleasant if the air conditioner had worked. It was very disappointing since we had a premium king room. The woman at the front desk, when we finally were able to find her, simply said “Sorry” but there was no compensation for the inconvenience. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was just ok.

We were disappointed with Expedia. Com
We never got to the room. Expedia over booked the room there were no availability. They were booked for weeks in advanced we were there for a very Special Wedding and we didn't have a place to shower nor change our clothes we were very disappointed with Expedia. We need to request a refund.

The General Manger Grace was a very polite and helpful when we arrived to the hotel. But the housekeeping staff on the other hand came in our room and threw blankets over bed and didn't fix the bed or clean the room at all during our stay.

Almost perfect.
Everything about the hotel was excellent with the exception of breakfast. They had been really busy all weekend and ran out of just about everything for breakfast (ie no plates, no coffee cups, no creamer for coffee etc).
