Good value for 🏈 weekend.
Rooms were nice and clean. Like the other reviews it doesn't look like much from the roadside, but was nice. Was told at front desk that our one room had a walk-in shower, but it did not.

My King Suite was large, clean, nice kitchenette. Remodeled room. Pretty courtyard outsidemy room. Upon entrance looks abandoned due to overgrown weeds but it's a hidden gem. I would definitely stay again. The staff was super friendly. Convenient location near IU Bloom stadium. My friend also booked after I posted a video of my room. The price cannot be beat!

Never again. The courtyard garden might be nice but it doesn’t make up for the outdated and worn out room and fixtures. Very expensive for a subpar room.

I do not recommend booking this motel. It was one of the few options remaining parents weekend. The sheets were dirty and there were strange large cricket looking things in the room. Terrible. One positive was the proximity to the stadium.
