Good solid hotel with nice breakfast included
Room was adequate although some of the furniture was quite old and shabby. Bed was very comfortable. The included breakfast was very good. Staff members (front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast room) were very helpful. WiFi was good. Convenient location right off Yamato Road, but set back far enough that we heard no road noise. There was a fair amount of loud hallway noise outside the room from children, adults, and occasional barking dogs.

I booked a two-night stay at this hotel through Expedia, drawn in by the photos of the gym, pool, and basketball courts. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I discovered that these amenities were not part of the hotel but belonged to a nearby gym. The photos were misleading, as they gave the impression these facilities were exclusive to the hotel. To make matters worse, the gym was crowded with people going about their daily routines, which didn’t match the relaxing holiday experience we were expecting. We were disappointed, as we had anticipated enjoying these amenities as part of our stay. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with on-site amenities, be aware that the facilities shown in the photos are not part of the hotel. Transparency is important, and I hope the hotel updates its listings to reflect the true experience. This version is clear, polite, and highlights the main issue without being overly harsh. It also provides constructive feedback for future improvements.

Our first night wasn’t great. We stayed on the first floor room 128 and it appears prior to our stay someone had a cat inside that room. It had an insanely horrible odor of cat pee that will never come out of that room. Thankfully the next morning we asked to switch rooms and we got moved and the new room was great. No odor. The lady at the front counter was super kind and helped us. Food was great, and the option for the gym across the parking lot was amazing. We went multiple times. Please don’t let anyone stay in room 128. That room is not okay for anyone to breathe in. The headaches we experienced were awful and can’t be good to breathe that in.
