When first checking in, we received our room and it was a single queen bed when we requested 2 queen beds. I went into the office and let them know & the guy stated that when booking through 3rd party companies (such as Expedia) they put the cheapest rate out there but it doesn’t come back right into the system and it would be a $10 extra fee (whatever) but the fact that I pulled up my receipt and showed what I paid for and still received the fee. So we switched rooms, and the bathroom light in the new room didn’t work, at all… In the neighborhood behind the hotel, they had dogs barking by 7:30am. They allowed a semi truck to park in their already small parking lot and blocked in cars. I book all my travel plans with Expedia and never ran into a problem like that during check in. For the price I feel like the rest was expected but I’ve stayed in other Quality Inn’s that were waaaay more impressive than this.

We entered the room and there was a strong chemical odor- like air freshener- it didn’t dissipate after a few minutes. I contacted Expedia to cancel our reservation and was unsuccessful. We left the property after 30 minutes and booked a hotel room at the Fairfield Marriottt on Airport Road which was excellent- and didn’t return to the Quality Inn room we had booked through Expedia

It’s not a bad property. Slightly older but it was on par with many other quality inns I’ve stayed at. We did have a room on the front so we were able to hear the louder vehicles that went by. But the room was clean and the beds were clean with no stains so that’s that a big criteria for me.

Very basic room. The included breakfast was basically just waffles, tea/coffee, 2 choices of cereal and tubs of yoghurt which had use by dates almost 2 weeks out of date. Other than that it was fine for one night stopover.
