Very well located hotel close to everything. Good service. Pets allowed. We stayed here twice as a family. In my opinion, the only thing that could be improved would be more breakfast options, especially for children.

We arrived late after a full day on the slopes and check-in was a breeze everyone was very nice. We met 2 ladies sitting in the lobby who were still staying there from hurricane Helene. Amazing hospitality and love towards those affected by the storm. Will stay again!

The stay was normal, the breakfast was very southern, which I enjoy allot. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend to solo stays and friends and family. Will be back more than likely.

Staff was awesome from night clerk to breakfast attendant to the check out clerk. Room was nice but it was quite noisy upstairs, outside, even had a Pitt bull barking outside our door late at night. So neither of us got much sleep.

This was a nice, clean place to stay. Loved how convenient it was to everything. We only stayed a night. Unfortunately it was very loud starting at 5am. From people being loud to garbage being collected, all before 6am. But thankfully everything else was very good, including it being clean and the breakfast offered was very nice. I do recommend trying them as my experience may have been just a fluke.

My daughter and I stayed here in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene after being trapped in Banner Elk. Despite having no electricity, water, cell service, phone or internet the management, staff and everyone else there all came together as a community and worked together to do everything possible for each other and everyone there and to keep everyone's spirits high Despite all the tragedy and destruction. We will forever remember the smiling faces, kindness and support offered by the wonderful people here. May God bless you and yours.
