Right in Boone, this three level home is perfect for your family vacation! Enjoy the far views of walking trails, the New River, and the mountains. With four sleeping areas and three and a half bathrooms, Brookshire Cabin sleeps up to 13 with bedroom space to bring a pack n play or crib. This home includes amenities suited for the whole family such as an indoor gas fireplace, outdoor fire pit, foosball table, separate kitchen downstairs, and a view.

Welcome to Brookshire Cabin! Settled less than ten minutes from downtown Boone, this home accommodates up to 13 comfortably. Take in the breathtaking views of the New River and mountains, rocking on the porch or sitting in the separate patio area, around the fire pit. On a chillier evening, curl up in the living room, in front of the gas fireplace while the family chef prepares a delicious meal in the kitchen or on the grill, out back. Rest easy in the master bedroom, located on the main level, with a king bed and en suite bathroom with step in shower and jetted tub.

Upstairs bodes a full bedroom with two twin beds and another queen bedroom with one twin bed, perfect for the younger crowd in the family.

The lower level feels like another living area with a full kitchen, full bathroom with tub/shower combo, king bedroom with enough space for a crib or pack n play, and foosball table for a friendly competition. Walk out the door to the lower level porch, with access to the outdoor patio and fire pit and stone steps around the home to the back porch.

Take advantage of the surrounding area, with a walking trail along the New River, public soccer field and sheltered picnic tables, and hiking trails on the mountain with spectacular views. ASU's soccer fields are within easy walking distance so head over and enjoy the occasional tournament! Conveniently close to Boone and Appalachian State University, don't miss out on the mountain town experience with a short drive to downtown, filled with local shops and restaurants.

Additional notes:
- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.
- All linens and towels included in home
- This property is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
- Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
