Ground floor window didnt lock
When i checked in i asked for a room on a higher gloor and i was told there was only one room available and it was on the ground floor. When getting to the room i checked the window and it did not lock dispite having a sign reminding you to lock the window for your security. I went back to the front desk she told me all the windows are like that and she couldnt offer any other room. We asked to speak to a manager and she said there wasnt one on site. I asked if she could call one and she couldnt reach anyone. We asked for a piece of wood to put in the window.

The room was conveniently set up and very clean. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. There were quite a few choices. Our only problem was that the AC was really loud but we only needed to run it for a little while so we just informed them when we checked out. Definitely would recommend it.
