(Poor) Quality Inn

It was cheap, in every way. While I was grateful for an $80 king bed, I was not grateful for the drunk fellows wandering in the parking lot or my nonsmoking room that reeked of marijuana. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was minimal (gravy, waffles, toast, mandarins).

The bed cover had dried piss on it Hair all over the couch Used bar soap in shower Drains were stopped up had to stand in dirty shower water to even shower the Sink had facial hair everywhere Toilet had pubic hair around toilet and under seat Floors had not been sweapt or mopped Shower was gritty and scum rings all aroumd Black mold going up shower walls and behind toilet All around dusty and dirty from lack of cleaning i have pictures to prove 🙃

Just Don't Do It

First, this motel has outside doors. That's on me for not looking at pictures before booking. Second, and most importantly, the room was absolutely horrible. The moldy smell hit like a ton of bricks the second I opened the door. Everything, including the bedding, was damp. The toilet and sink drained very slowly. The mattress was...lumpy, for lack of a better word. Everything about the room was outdated. If it was not for the fact it was late when we arrived and too tired to go any further, we would have gotten a refund and gone elsewhere. After getting a few hours of sleep, we got up and out as fast as possible. We smelled just like the moldy room all the next day until we checked into the next hotel on our trip and showered.

The room was barely cleaned upon arrival stained duvet covers and sheets. Shower Loofahs from previous customers were left hanging in the shower. The room also smelled of must. For even what you pay here it’s an absolute rip off and I have never reviewed negatively on place in my entire life. Extremely disappointed, don’t recommend.

The inside of the hotel room's main door looked like it had Coca-Cola residue all over it, and the drawer handles looked rusty. The room smelled odd, but I had some spray to cover it. But, the water pressure for the shower was fantastic. And the person who checked me in was super nice and kind.

In the guest room there was a broken table, only one wash cloth in the bathroom and the tv would not work in the evening, no signal message. In the morning the tv came on to one channel, TV Land, and would not change to any other channel. Very low quality Quality Inn. Our experience at breakfast was now milk for the fruit loop cereal. The man at the desk got a pitcher of milk but the Fruit Loops dispenser would not dispense any Fruit Loop cereal. We tried to make a waffle but during our 20 minute or so stay in the breakfast area the waffle maker never heated up enough to cook the waffle mixture. Only link sausage and gravy in the hot serve container, the coffee was marginal. Overall a terrible quality experience in the Quality Inn breakfast area.

Tom at the front desk was helpful, energetic and fun. We had a problem getting our tv to work, he was at our door in less than 2 minutes, and had it working in one minute. Great guy. However, if you are counting on their breakfast, DON’T! Hard small bagels, no biscuits, only gravy. No eggs, they did have sausage links. Great place to sleep, very comfortable bed.

The staff was very delightful, our room was beyond disgusting. Stained up sheets, random small thick black hairs were everywhere… Sink, bathtub, floor.. the place was gross. I am less than impressed. The bottom of the tub was just brown and filthy.

The tub in the bathroom was clogged, there was a cockroach we killed crawling on the floor and there were men out in the parking lot, right outside our door with their car radios blaring and boxes of beer on the back of their cars yelling and making us feel unsafe. The maintenance man was very helpful though, and showed us personally where to park our truck and U-Haul.
