Updated clean rooms. I felt very safe in the area. Very quiet. Walking distance to restaurants and also convenience stores. Easy off and on the highway. The staff I had contact with were very nice and helpful. I make this trip a few times a year so will definitely stay again.

Booked a king. Room AC leaking all over floor. Staff claimed no other king available yet Expedia showed more available and the hotel was not full. Then charged me a $50 deposit for a pet fee. Said it would not hit my card unless there was damage which there was not as my dog is 8 lbs and I never left her alone and guess what it was charged immediately to my card

The bathroom smells terrible...I sprayed air freshener but it didn't help @ all. My dog smells better than the bathroom! Floor was sticky and dirty. Towels were so old and grayish color already. The freezer compartment of the refrigerator has 1 1/2 inches thick ice! We didn't ask for a different room coz we arrived late already and were tired. At least the beds were comfortable for an overnight stay.

Not a great continental breakfast. No fruits, biscuits like hockey pucks, and just Frosted Flakes as a cereal choice. No water and no coffee in the room. A sign saying no taking coffee or food back to the room. I would not stay there again.

I like the fact that they take animals for no charge. I dislike the fact that they want a security deposit of $50. This was NOT mentioned in the Travelocity rate offer which I accepted. If it were mentioned, I would have gone elsewhere. The room was supposedly relatively new but it was worn. The floor was dirty (my white socks were black) and it just wasn't what was advertised.
