BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Peak View Townhome is a brand new build located south of Bozeman. Enjoy incredible views of the Spanish Peaks and easy access to Hyalite Recreation Area just 7 miles to the south!

BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS: This home has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. On the first level you'll find one bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath with shower off the entryway. The second and third bedrooms are located on the 3rd floor. Here a spacious master suite awaits you with a king bed, two vanities, and a beautiful tile shower. A third bedroom is across the hall and has two twin beds. The 3rd full bath has a shower and is off the common area on this floor.

LIVING, KITCHEN AND DINING AREA: The entire 2nd floor of this townhome is dedicated to an open concept living, kitchen, and dining area. Enjoy views of the Spanish Peaks while relaxing on the couch by the gas fireplace or while cooking dinner in the spacious kitchen. Great place

This was a super cute townhouse and it was a very convenient location as nothing in town was more than about a 10 minute drive. Only issue we had was there was only 1 parking place in the garage and parking spaces behind the house for our second car but the HOA president decided part way thru our stay that we couldn’t park in the parking spaces behind the house and instead made us park our second car on the road across the street. He also told my travel partner that she couldn’t smoke on property at all even though she had been told per the instructions that she could smoke outside on the porches. The views and the convince of the property made up for any inconvenience that he created. Would definitely stay here again if I’m ever in the Bozeman area again.
