Shell Cove 9 Gulf Front 2/1 Condo Spectacular Sunsets

Shell Cove Condominium 9, located at 2310 Gulf Drive in Bradenton Beach, is a two bedroom, one bath Gulf front unit that will sleep six. The beach stretches for miles in either direction!

This unit has an updated kitchen and flooring. It is an affordably priced and comfortably furnished, upper level condo directly on the Gulf of Mexico.

There is a 40" flat screen television in the living room. as well as 31" flat screen televisions in both bedrooms.
Relax on the sugar sand beaches and cool off in the emerald green waters. This complex is conveniently located within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Enjoy the sunsets over the beach from the open porch. This unit sleeps six with a queen size bed, two twin beds and a sofa bed in the living room. Shell Cove is a wonderful Bradenton Beach vacation rental and you'll love it!

Shell Cove 9 is a one week minimum rental. Shell Cove does not have a community EV charger.
The electrical usage of electrical vehicles is reserved only for maintenance personnel. There is currently a level 2 charging station at the Beach House. No extension cords permitted.
Parking is limited to one vehicle.

Perfect Size and Location for Small Family
You don't need 1,000s of sq feet of space when the beach is literally just out the front door. We've stayed at Shell Cove before and its out "go-to". Perfect amount of space for a small family and the sunsets are gorgeous!

Excellent communication with manager. Easy check in and check out process. If you have low back issues, the beds are not comfortable and made for a week worth of poor sleep. We bought our own laundry detergent, and hand soap for the bathroom/kitchen as neither were provided. I’m hoping they’re kept in the rental for future guests to use. AMI is a perfect escape!

Great Condo with Excellent View
We have stayed at Shell Cove before and it didn’t disappoint either time. It is right on the beach with a very short sand trail leading back and forth. The condos are not fancy, but cute and quaint. They have just about everything you need. Ours included beach chairs and an umbrella. We will definitely stay here again!

5++. Condo is exactly as pictured, no surprises. Directly on a fantastic beach with balcony view of the beach. Beautiful sunsets. Condo was clean and well stocked. Many restaurants and a Publix within 2 miles. Trolley comes past if you don't want to drive. We found we had a broken umbrella and only one beach chair. Contacted management and within an hour 4 new chairs and an umbrella were delivered to our door. This was an absolutely perfect trip, wish we could have stayed longer.

Great Beach front- Very uncomfortable beds
I think this would be a great place to stay if they invested a bit more in the condo itself. Location is great. Stairs to second floor unit (no elevator) are very steep and the tread is short and dangerous. Beds are probably original to the unit- several decades old. I think the property management company has done the best it can with what it has to work with. The color scheme and overall decor is nice, but really could use a deep cleaning and some investment in the beds and bedding.

Beautiful Beach
This condo is directly on the beach with beautiful views from the front porch. It’s very clean and well decorated. The beach was not crowded and had a family-friendly atmosphere. There is also a shower and hose for rinsing off sand before you go inside. There are a few things you may want to know before booking this condo: It is tiny! The four of us felt crowded during our stay. The unit is a very small space. The kitchen refrigerator is about half the size of a regular size refrigerator. If you plan to buy groceries once during the week, you may want to bring a cooler for extra cold storage. If you get makeup, or self tanner on a linen you will be charged a $50 fee. All of the towels, pillowcases, sheets, and the bed covers are white. This information is also included in the rules section when booking. To book this unit you will be required to purchase an additional $59 trip insurance that covers accidental damages. We received a call before check-in that the keyless entry was not working. We drove about a mile to the Island Vacation Properties office to get the keys, and returned them upon our departure. The bathroom does not have a fan and can get stuffy, especially if the dryer is running. Be careful when you pull out the dishwasher racks, as the dishwasher did not seem to be attached to the unit wall. The beds were not very comfortable. There is not an oven in the condo, but there is a cooktop. An oven is not listed in the description. To reiterate the highlights, the beach and views are amazing, and the location is within walking distance of restaurants and shops!

The place was beautiful inside and out!
The inside of the condo was beautiful. We were supplied with everything that we needed. And the location being right on the beach was terrific. Only small issues we had was with the lock on the front door. We contacted manager and they helped us immediately. I would recommend this location to anyone. And will definitely return in the future.
