Our condo is equipped with all the comforts of home to include a 60 inch HDTV in the living room, WIFI, TWO (2) KING beds with pillow top mattresses, a fully equipped kitchen, a 40" HDTV in both Bedrooms, DVD player, a nice patio with city &partial golf course views, and much more.

At 1,300 sq ft our condo is larger than most, giving you plenty of room to spread out, relax, and enjoy your vacation. The Clubhouse is only a couple of hundred feet from our condo's front door and includes an Indoor-outdoor Pool, sauna, hot tub, and fitness area. This is a condo for the entire family that promises not to disappoint.

Our spacious condo is just a blocks away from Branson's famous 76 Country Music Blvd.(The Strip), and just minutes away from all the entertainment with easy access to all the shows, restaurants, shopping, and activities for the entire family. Just a few short miles and you can be at either Table Rock or Taneycomo lakes with all the water sports, fishing, and outdoor activities available. Historic downtown and Branson Landing are also just a very short drive away. And Silver Dollar city is just minutes away taking the "scenic back way". You will be amazed at what a truly great location this is in the heart of Branson for your peaceful and relaxing stay in Branson.

This condo has one of the BEST locations in all of Branson. It is centrally located in a quiet area yet very close to all the Branson shows, attractions, and restaurants.

Right down the street is Lone Star Steakhouse and Florentina's Italian Restaurant. It is only a very short drive to the Branson Landing and approx 2 miles to Lake Taneycomo, about 5 miles to The Trout Fish Hatchery, or Table Rock Lake. A couple miles more and you are at Silver Dollar City.

It is just a few short blocks away from the famous 76 Country Music Boulevard (the Strip) and conveniently close to all of Branson's attractions to include all the Shows, Museums, Tanger Outlet, Historic Downtown, the Landing, Silver Dollar City, Area Lakes, shopping, Restaurants, Miniature Golf, Go Carts, Horse Back Rides, Water Parks, and so much more. Great place
Nice and quiet for the most part. Close to everything and had everything I needed. The only concern had nothing to do with the condo but the unit above me. They were doing remodeling work on the weekend and it was very loud. I do not know if this is ongoing but they were laying floors and it was very loud. This was in January of 2025 so it is just a heads up. Would definitely stay again.

Water leaked from the ceiling and the owner had it promptly taken care of. Found chip crumbs on the carpet (as though it hadn’t been swept). The back of the bathroom door looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for awhile. The complimentary shampoo had been used previously as the top had gummy shampoo on it. Other than the above, it was a great place to stay. Close to the attractions.

This stay was absolutely awesome it was in a close proximity to everything we wanted to do on the strip. I would say the only thing was we couldnt take our youngest swimming in the indoor pool as there was no swim diapers allowed

Branson Softball Trip
Our family and another family stayed in this condo for a softball tournament we had in Branson. The condo is in a great location with it being only minutes from the main strip and 15 minutes to the RECPlex where we played. The kids enjoyed the outdoor pool one evening. The condo has everything needed for cooking and a good amount of space for 8 people.

Another fantastic stay !!
Chuck & Karen deliver on everything their condo has to offer ! This is our second stay in their condo for our past two trips. Location is amazing. The condo is wonderful and easy to find. There is nothing lacking. The two master bedrooms with king beds, ensuite bathrooms with both a shower and tub and ample closet space provide a relaxing trip perfect for two couples or a family. The property has two pools and a hot tub ( which we have not used yet) Upon our arrival they had decorated for Christmas so we enjoyed the lit Christmas tree in the evening. Each room has it's own television and the living room has one as well. There is plenty of information for the area and Chuck and Karen have provided everything you will need upon your arrival. We also enjoy the outdoor patio for our coffee in the mornings and when we return from our busy day to unwind and relax. I guarantee you will not be disappointed if you book with them. We will continue to make their home away from home ours when we return. Thank you for sharing your home with us !

Hot water didnt last a full 1 person shower, water pressure was lacking or non existant. Bed sheets and pillow cases not fresh and clean upon arrival. Floors looked clean but turned our socks brown-black. The cleaning service is not up to par. Jetted tub jets full of hair and dirt. My wife had to wash bedding , clean bathrooms, and floors before anyone felt comfortable.

This property looks updated online until you arrive. The hot water is enough for 3-4 people not 8. The beds are lumpy and sheets don’t fit well. Not enough towels provided. We washed all sheets and mop the entire floor as the floor would turn your feet or shoes black from walking on it. Bedding did not smell clean. Master shower plumbing is broken along with the jacuzzi. This was our first experience going the VRBO route and it doesn’t measure up. We would not stay here again.

We enjoyed the property and it was very close to all the attractions. Since this is a condo and our unit was on the bottom, we had some noise issues, but overall we enjoyed the unit. We did utilize the pool facilities. There is an indoor and an outdoor pool which is nice!

It was very nice. Location near everything. Had a good setup in the kitchen but I'd recommend stainless steel pans. The non stick pans are scratched up and or peeling. It was clean except the floors were dirty. Our feet were black from walking around the house. I wiped up some of the floors.

Great experience with lots of extras.
This was sthe nicest place we have ever rented. It was beautifully decorated even with Christmas decorations. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed and more. The complimentaey coffee included decanter size coffee as well as kcups for the keurig. The free tickets were such a surprise. Ir could not have been better.
