Pros: beds were comfy! Kitchen and bathroom were beautiful. Good space, price. Cons: the living room furniture needs to be replaced they are stained and super uncomfortable like a college dorm furniture that has been through a few drunken nights. Everything else was comfortable and pretty clean but this was a big issue for us. No smart TVs or if their was a smart TV it WiFi was turned off and you couldn’t get connected even to our personal hotspot. Smart TVs are almost a must now days especially in a more homelike setting. I don’t know where they found the washer and dryer but I have bigger ones in my RV they were sooooo small again if offering more of a homelike setting they need to be bigger.

The rooms and outdoor venue areas were very nice. The only thing that was frustrating is no view for the King rooms or the water. So felt like we were trapped in a condo lol. But overall very nice and comfortable!

Could have been better.
The stay was okay. We had a couple hiccups that bothered us. Both the couches in our room had several stains on them. The staff at check in was very friendly. We walked over to the pool for a swim and when we got back we wanted to shower off the pool chemicals. When we got back to the room and started the shower it was backed up and started to fill up. We called the front desk and they sent someone to fix it, but by then it was already late and we had started getting ready for bed.

Good long weekend stay
The condo looked very new and clean. We had all the kitchen amenities needed for a 2 night stay. The bed was clean and comfortable. The shower was large, had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The sofa was adequate. On the downside, we could easily hear conversation through the door that adjoins our condo to the nextdoor unit. Also, the neighbors cooked something with a very strong odor that we could smell in our unit. Even so, we would probably stay here again. We like the location close to Top of the Rock and Branson.

When I booked, I did see that the property is "pet friendly". I do not travel with a pet but I was not concerned about it. i did not think that would mean that there would be dust and dog hair all over the baseboards. There was even a spider web above the entrance door on the inside of the unit. The place needed a serious cleaning and dusting. I also did not think that would mean that the sofa and loveseat would be scratched up, obviously by a dog. I did not even sit down because thinking about how much dog hair was in the furniture grossed me out. I will never stay at a pet friendly place again. I suggest that you reserve some units for those of us who do not have pets or like dog hair. Also, the units have no sound proofing. Too noisy. We will not be back.
