Bed was okay. The pillows are awesome! The room was clean and smelled nice. Most of the lamps didn't work and it was dark in the room. The fridge and microwave worked great. The staff is absolutely amazing. They are so helpful and polite. My vehicle would not fit in the parking garage so I was able to park near the main entrance. The interior of the hotel is very pretty and relaxing. The traffic outside is noisy and there were a lot of emergency vehicles

We have been staying at this location for years and it is usually our “go to” when visiting. The staff is so nice and helpful and the complimentary breakfast is the best! The location is great, close to freeways and other amenities. Unfortunately the property has aged quite a bit and is VERY run down compared to our past visits. Our tub was falling apart, it felt dirty and old and really could use an overall update/renovation. Our A/C stayed on 62 degrees but it remained stuffy and muggy in the room. The carpet and wallpaper was dirty and dingy looking. I was really sad to see it in this rundown condition, and it was a comfortable stay but not for the price they charge. If I am going to pay over $100 a night I would expect the facility to be nicer. Again the staff was so great and helpful and I didn’t complain while there because I didn’t see the sense. It was really nothing that was an easy fix. We won’t be staying here again, at least not at the price they currently charge.

We booked a room through Expedia and they gave us a handicap room with the bed on the floor and it was awful and would not give us a new room. They said because we booked through third-party. They weren’t going to give us a normal room. Staff is very rude, and non-cooperative, and they charge extra for parking now

The suites are a little dated but clean. The hotel has a large atrium centered in the middle giving you a view of not only the sjy but all the rooms. Modern and next to a large mall, many restaurants and movie theater. Disneyland is about 15 min. My son and his family live 5 min away and thats why I know this area is very nice.

We requested an early check in on Friday over the phone and were told that would be possible. When we arrived at the hotel the girl I had spoken to on the phone was very rude and stated, “your room isn’t ready and check in really isn’t until 4:00. I’ll call you when it’s ready.” I thought, fair enough and left. We only wanted early check in because our one year old needed a nap. We never received a call and came back at 4:15 to check in. We got to our room and it reeked of cigarettes. My husband ran downstairs to see if we could change rooms. Meanwhile, my one year old walked around the room and came back drinking from A USED CUP that was in the garbage can that wasn’t emptied. We ran downstairs to join my husband in getting a new room. The lady was nice enough to change our room and comp our parking for the two nights but when we got to our new room the TRASH WAS FULL AGAIN! And it still smelled slightly of cigarette smoke but not nearly as bad as the first. Very frustrating experience.
