Wander indoors to find a gourmet kitchen with an over-sized gas-range, double ovens, massive fridge, and huge island with seating for 4. Take your pick of 3 different gathering areas: Relax in front of the 70" TV and 2 story fireplace, play the Nintendo Wii or a card game in the massive loft, or wander downstairs to the entertaining room for a movie, or a turn at the game table. With 7 TVs total, access to Smart TV apps, cable, and game-console, entertainment options are abundant.
Take your pick between two luxurious master suites, a gorgeous queen-bed suite, or a bunk-room sleeping up to 6...each bedroom attended by its own bathroom. Back-up relaxation or sleeping is available in the den. A massive laundry with modern front-loaders allows an easy clothes re-fresh. A massive tiled mud-room just inside the garage with floor drain provides the perfect place for the ski boots to thaw out and stay warm for the next day at the slopes. With a large heated garage for up to two cars, parking for an additional 3 cars in front, and a nearly flat entry, access to the home could not be easier.
Walk across the street to a public park, or grab your skis or board, and basically walk across the street to the FREE Breckenridge Free Ride Shuttle on the Purple Route that will take you to the free BreckConnect Gondola to get you up to Peaks 7 and 8! Have a drink after a day on the slopes or biking, skip the parking hassle and need to drive, and get dropped nearly back at your door-step at no charge. Merely two turns off of Hwy 9 just north of downtown Breck, getting to and from the home is simple and circumvents the congestion of Main Street each time you come and go. Yet, only a mile drive down a back-street to Main Street Breckenridge, a quick shuttle ride to town makes a Main Street dinner or night cap easy.
The location, access, proximity to the FREE shuttle, home layout, amenities, and VIEWS are all nearly unbeatable. The struggle will be deciding where to spend your time before your time runs out!
