Relax in our beautifully decorated large, open floor plan, Island - style home that is all on one level. Located two and half miles from the public beach and pier area and one mile from Sea Island Resort /The Cloister, this house in a perfect location. The house can comfortably accommodate parties of up to nine people. The house has five bedrooms and three full baths and is always immaculately clean. The master has a king bed, the second bedroom has a king bed with a Ghost Hybrid brand mattress, the third and fourth bedrooms have queens and the fifth has a full bed. All have very high end mattresses and linens and all have HD TV's, except the full bedroom does not have a TV. The master and two other bedrooms have 4k smart TV's and the living room is a smart 50 inch 4k UHD TV. Watch your favorite shows and movies on your Netflicks with no delays. There are no steps to climb at this house as you walk right out to the covered front porch to enjoy the daybed swing or the other chairs. There is an outdoor shower available to wash off from a day at the beach. This home is very spacious and has an open floor plan at 2,500 square feet. There are two barn doors, plenty of shiplap, cathedral ceilings, stained ceiling beams, hardwood and tile floors to provide a high end, luxury stay and to soothe the soul. The kitchen is very large and is fully stocked to prepare any meal and has a three chair bar. The house also comes with a pack n play, baby roll around walker and a high chair to accommodate babies. There is parking for four cars. If you bring five cars you will have to park one across the street at Certified burger or Harris Teeter. Shoot hoops on the adjustable height basket ball goal. Located on a private, quiet, dead end street with a duck/ fish/ turtle pond at the end, across the street is a nice grocery store, Harris Teeter, many great restaurants, the Island Cinema and ample shopping. The house is also about 50 yards from the bike path that runs all over the island. The house is located right near the intersection of Sea Island Causeway and Fredericka Rd, so if your attending a wedding, activity or function on Sea Island or Sea Palms, our house is as close to Sea Island as you can get. Included with the house is free high speed blast 100 mgbs wifi. We take your safety and security very seriously by having exterior security cameras at both the front entrance, side entrance and back. We also will consider pets. We normally allow dogs up to 15 lbs with our prior approval and a pet fee. NOTE: if you bring a dog that has not been approved you will be asked to leave the property. We also vacation rent the one bedroom cottage that is located above the detached garage on the back of the property. So if you need more space you can rent this space as well.
