We did not stay at the hotel. After we checked in with the front desk, once the attendant showed up (who was not very professional and spoke very little English), we carried all of our things up the stairs because there was no elevator. We opened the door to the room and were immediately disgusted by the smell (which smelled like a nursing home or a mortuary), the A/C unit was loud and clanky, there was stains and nasty stuff on the comforter and the overall cleanliness of the room was not suitable for sleeping/staying in! We immediately went back down stairs to check out and leave. We talked to the front desk attendant to get a FULL REFUND for the room! He told us that there was nothing he could do because it was booked through a third party (Hotels.com). Needless to say… I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. It is more of a rent by the hour type of hotel than a family friendly place to stay. If I could rate this in the negative I most certainly would, but I cannot so I will give it ZERO STARS out of five. We are demanding a FULL REFUND to our credit card!!

Not too bad

I have a service dog, and I was given the third degree about having a service dog. I point-blank told them that they cannot discriminate against me and they had to allow me to have my service dog with me. I was willing to provide them with the paperwork necessary to prove that she is a legitimate service dog and they did ask me two questions which they are legally allowed to one is she a service dog and two what are her tasks after that this day was pretty OK. The room was clean, and the beds were OK
