This is easily the most convenient hotel for visiting a theme park I have ever stayed at, short of paying the outrageous prices of staying at the park’s own hotels

I didn't believe that literally is in front of Knott's. Also super close to Disneyland, really comfortable bed, I overslept and was really nice be all day inside the room just for rest. It ok if you just want something to rest and sleep after visit a park.

Right across street from Knotts Soak City, and one block from Knotts theme park. For some reason, I had a mirror above my bed and blue "mood" lighting when you turned off the lights. Basic hotel. No amenities except heated pool. Needs updating. But it was clean and quiet. VERY small rooms and uncomfortable bed. Tissue paper thin linens.
