Clean, friendly, quiet stay
Great, clean hotel in New Castle. There are definitely pieces that felt dated, like the molding in the bathroom, but the bedding felt new and clean, which is the most important part. Great breakfast, attentive staff, nearby restaurants and convenience stores

The surroundings of the hotel were ugly . It was on a state road. When we saw it we didn’t expect much. We were pleasantly surprised to find the interior of the hotel. Pleasing, the room Nicky decorated functional and the service cheerful . The breakfast was the best we’ve had at this price point. We will definitely stay at another Holiday Inn and Suites.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was great. When we checked in the first room we were given had an unmade bed and towels all over the bathroom sink. They gave us a new room. In the morning we noticed the previous occupant's clothing hanging on the hook behind the bathroom door. They need to pay more attention to cleaning
