This was the most expensive hotel on our trip. Yet, it did not have reliable Internet access. My son tried for hour to log on. The front desk person said the internet is very slow and often it is too slow to be effective. My son needed the internet to access his homework. We were going to stay another day, but booked somewhere else instead.

Quiet location great for rest. Room was on smaller side but clean & beds OK. Pillows on smaller side with foam filling, not my favorite. Overall Good for one night and only issue was our floor was creaky.

Well 3 years ago I had a bad experience at this hotel and I was hoping it got better,guess what it still sucks my room ac sounded like an airplane when it started and stopped and then there was the party in the lobby my room was first floor and apparently the had booked a party for the lobby I was getting up very early to start my business and I wasn’t able to get any sleep until the party ended at midnight after I get home I checked my bank account and I was charged twice for a one night room and I don’t know why I gave the girl at the desk my card to charge the room to because she used the one on file not the one I gave her.i go out to Beaver Falls a couple times a year and I haven’t found a decent hotel yet I don’t have any thing good to say about the accommodations in this area

Nothing fancy but clean

Nothing fancy but clean. Very nice staff. Would be nice to have a couple tables with chairs for sitting outside & and a better non strip bathtub

The first room we checked in the Air conditioner wasn’t working. We loaded up and switched to another room , the electricity in that room didn’t work. The staff was apologetic and kind but the hotel was disappointed

Area lacked a variety of restaurants. Overall everything was great except one thing. The ac/ heater had a noisy compressor. Our friends that went with had same issue. Still a great stay

New property, so everything is clean and in great working condition. Rooms and bathrooms are thoughtfully appointed. Breakfast was a disappointment - styrofoam plates-bowls-cups, frozen boiled eggs, overripe apples, no bananas.

Beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. I do think they need to have more for the weekly breakfast selection...was disappointing.

I like the location of this hotel. Unfortunately like many other hotels, the cleanliness of the rooms is going downhill. Rugs need scrubbed, bathroms need a good cleaning and mattresses need updated.
